Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through the botversity.ai website (the “Website”) is Botversity sp. z o.o. (the “Controller”). You can contact us about any personal data matter at the email address above.

2. What data we process and where it comes from

We process only the data you give us yourself through the contact form: your name, your email address, optionally your company name and the content of your message. The enquiry reaches us through the Formspree service (see section 5) and lands in our contact@botversity.ai mailbox. If that service is temporarily unavailable, the form prepares the message in your own email client (the “mailto” mechanism) and you send it from your own mailbox.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

• Answering your enquiry and arranging a demo: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract);
• further business correspondence and archiving that correspondence: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest in managing business relationships).

4. How long we keep the data

We keep correspondence for as long as it is necessary to handle your enquiry and our business relationship, and no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless longer storage is necessary to establish or defend claims, or is required by law.

5. Data recipients

Only entities that provide us with technical support may have access to the data: Formspree, Inc. (the operator of the form submission service, based in the USA; data is transferred on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses / the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), our email service provider and the Website’s hosting provider, acting under data processing agreements or as independent controllers within the scope of the services they provide. We do not sell data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. External resources (fonts and libraries)

The Website loads typefaces from Google Fonts servers and a 3D library from public CDNs (unpkg.com, jsdelivr.net). When these resources are fetched, your browser passes your IP address to those providers; this is a technical necessity for displaying the page. We pass no other data to them. Details can be found in the privacy policies of Google LLC and of the CDN operators respectively.

7. Cookies and localStorage

The Website does not use cookies, contains no analytics or advertising tools and does not track your activity. In your browser’s local storage (localStorage) we save only one piece of information: the page language you selected (PL/EN). That information never leaves your device and you can remove it by clearing your browser data.

8. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectification (correction) of the data,
• erasure of the data,
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

9. Providing your data is voluntary

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but it is necessary for us to answer your enquiry. The data is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the Website develops. The current version is always available at botversity.ai/privacy-policy.

11. Language versions

This policy is published in Polish (botversity.ai/polityka-prywatnosci) and in English (botversity.ai/privacy-policy). The English version is provided for information purposes — in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Polish wording prevails.
